What do Lyon Resource Teachers
do?
| As
resource teachers, we provide academic support to students
with Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
in reading,
writing, and/or math. Additionally, we may consult on students
with behavioral needs, attention difficulties, and /or
organizational challenges. We work with students both in
the classroom and in small, pull-out groups. While our primary
goal is to provide services to students with formalized academic
goals, we also work closely with classroom teachers and support
staff to ensure that all students' needs are met. |
